A New Melba Chapter

From 29 June 2026, our signature daily buffet breakfast will continue to be served, while daily buffet lunch and dinner service will conclude. Selected special events, group bookings and private functions will continue to be hosted in Melba. We look forward to welcoming guests to experience à la carte lunch and dinner daily at Aria Bar & Lounge.
