Celebrate a romantic Valentine’s Day at Melba Restaurant with your special one(s) on 14th February 2019 for dinner. Our Melba buffet is engaging, fun and constantly evolving. Experience the theatrics of our live cooking stations and interactive open kitchens. There is something for everyone; with a variety of flavours of international cuisines overlooking the Yarra River.

Start with some Coffin Bay oysters, Tasmanian black mussels, Alaskan king crab, Moreton Bay bugs and then advance to some Kilpatrick oysters, ravioli with chilli garlic prawns and sage butter, stir-fried Hokkien noodles, lamb, pork belly or Indian cuisine. Finally, let our strawberry chocolate fountain fulfil your chocolate desires as you enjoy the rest of the romantic evening.

CHILDREN'S PRICING
Children aged 3 or under can dine from the buffet complimentary.
Children aged 4 - 12 years can dine from the buffet at half the adult price.
Alternatively, children aged under 12 years can dine from our children's a la carte menu.
