From a traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings, ham, to an extended selection of live cooking stations. The Melba experience is a blend of exquisite ingredients, bountiful seafood and a myriad of international cuisines prepared by smiling chefs at interactive cooking stations.

The seafood bar will trigger nostalgic festive memories as you enjoy prawns, oysters and mussels depending on the daily special. The sushi bar features the best of sashimi specials. Melba’s team of chefs think that Santa Claus would approve of their selection of Asian flavours – with stir fries and Indian curries, as well as the pasta station.
