The night before Christmas set against the sparkling backdrop of the city. Melba Restaurant is a magical place to celebrate a relaxing Christmas Eve. From a traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings to an extended selection of live cooking stations served with a glass of sparkling wine.
The Melba experience is a blend of exquisite ingredients, bountiful seafood and a myriad of international cuisines prepared by smiling chefs at interactive cooking stations. Desserts are decadent. Choose from a tantalising array of miniature treats, ice creams and a fountain of luscious warm chocolate.
