CHRISTMAS WITH WEDGWOOD

This December, The Langham, Melbourne’s Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood will feature all the festive treats guests rave about plus some new surprises from the hotel’s new Executive Pastry Chef, Markus Bohm. Menu items include delicate ribbon sandwiches brimming with turkey breast and cranberry sauce, as well as freshly baked shortbread biscuits layered with jam and indulgent cinnamon and brandy macerated fruit mince tart.
Serving Wedgwood specialty teas in tailor-made “Langham Rose” Wedgwood teaware, the hotel’s dedicated team have paired seasonal Victorian produce such as locally grown berries and rich Yarra Valley cream with the hotel’s signature fluffy scones.
Aria Bar and Lounge’s expert Tea Sommeliers will help guests select the perfect blend to match this season’s festive high tea.
Our top tip? Order a glass of sparkling wine for the ultimate seasonal celebration.
