Seafood lovers will feast on grilled lobster, poached blue swimmer crab and tiger prawns, Sapphire Coast, South Australian & Tasmanian pacific and rock oysters, Tasmanian Spring Bay mussels, picked baby octopus salad, and seafood and pork belly paella.
Buffet main course highlights include Roast Gippsland rib filet beef with Yorkshire pudding, pasta bucatini with crab claw, tikka chicken masala and Tandoori prawn cutlets.
Pace yourself because the best is yet to come. Chocolate pear tart with orange zest, vanilla bean panna cotta, walnut sticky date pudding with salted caramel sauce.
