Delight in Melba’s decadent display of tantalizing desserts - crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, opera cake, Strawberry tart, Tiramisu, bread and butter pudding, sticky date pudding and a truly indulgent fountain of smooth, flowing chocolate** and on Saturday nights an extra special sugar high with our live dessert station.
Melba’s pastry chef’s Rommel Cao will serve the following ‘extra special treats’;
- Saturday April 28th- Luscious lemon pudding with grand marnier custard
- Saturday May 5th- Tangerine soufflé with citrus coulis
- Saturday May 12th- Blue berry pudding with a spiced caramel apple sauce
- Saturday May 19th- Raspberry crepes with macerated balsamic strawberries
- Saturday May 26th- Pistachio and rose petal soufflé
- Saturday June 2nd- Macha crepe with Yuzu custard
- Saturday June 9th- Kumquat and basil soufflé
- Saturday June 16th- Mango and sago Brule
- Saturday June 23rd- Chocolate and almond soufflé with vodka infused strawberries
- Saturday June 30th- Armagnac flavoured crepes with raspberry coulis
