Served alongside a variety of show stopping cuisines including the Tandoori Oven, Sushi Station and Turbo Woks, experience the theatre of live chefs performing at interactive cooking stations.
Prawn dishes include:
- Spicy Malaysian prawn laksa scented with lemongrass and coconut
- Prawn and wasabi tobiko caviar nori roll
- Chilled new season Queensland king prawns with brandy cocktail sauce
- Lemon zest and basil corn meal crusted tiger prawns
- Saffron prawn naan bread with fresh chilli, ginger and coriander
