Served alongside a variety of show stopping cuisines including the Tandoori Oven, Sushi Station and Turbo Woks, experience the theatre of live chefs performing at interactive cooking stations.

Prawn dishes include:

• Spicy Malaysian prawn laksa scented with lemongrass and coconut
• Prawn and wasabi tobiko caviar nori roll
• Chilled new season Queensland king prawns with brandy cocktail sauce
• Lemon zest and basil corn meal crusted tiger prawns
• Saffron prawn naan bread with fresh chilli, ginger and coriander
