Anthony Ross, Executive Chef at the Langham, Melbourne has been named Best Food and Beverage Service Employee of the Year at the 2010 Australian Hotels Association National Awards for Excellence. The awards, presented on Friday evening, recognise outstanding performance by metropolitan and regional Victorian hotels.
