Whether you like to start the day on a healthy note with fresh fruit, juice and cereal or a full English breakfast or eggs benedict, Melba can cater to all your early morning cravings.

Choose from pancakes cooked while you wait, eggs made to order or for the truly decadent, our chocolate fountain is an indulgent breakfast treat.

Monday to Friday, 6.30am-10.30am, for $38.00.
Saturday & Sunday breakfast is reserved for in-house guests of the Hotel.
