Choices are extensive, but the grazing “buffet” style of presentation allows guests to experience an unlimited selection of taste sensations.

With such an exciting array of live cooking stations taking centre stage it may appear to be all about the food.

However our wine list has been selected to complement the variety of dishes. Enjoy a full bodied pinot noir with the Rotisserie or Tandoori Oven selection, or a light sauvignon blanc to match the delicious flavours of our fresh sushi and seafood.

Panoramic views provide a spectacular backdrop to Melba’s location at The Langham, Melbourne at Southbank and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed with an upbeat vibe.
